Villa Lily & Villa James are
next door to each other and were completed in 2005, they are in the
next street from the other 2 villas (Max & Mae),
they both have 3 bedrooms (sleeping 6), private pools, driveways and are fully
air conditioned.
 Upstairs, the master
bedrooms have an en-suite shower room and a separate dressing area,
they are fully furnished with king size beds, portable TV’s, dvd
players and
patio doors leading to the balcony with breathtaking sea views. The
other 2 bedrooms share the main house shower room, the second bedrooms
also have king sized beds and doors leading to the balcony. The third
bedrooms are twin rooms. All bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have
built in wardrobes.
Downstairs is a WC, a
fully fitted kitchen with: electric cooker, gas hob, dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven and George Foreman
grill. The dining area is open plan, has seating for 6 people and
overlooks the living area. The living room has a 3 piece
suite, coffee table, a 28ins TV, DVD player, Hi-Fi and a
sky satellite
system with free to air channels (reception can vary dependant on
time of year and weather conditions). All the downstairs level is fully air
conditioned and has patio doors leading to the pool
area.
 Outside, the pools are approx 8m x 4m,
there are a table and chairs just outside the door for breakfast
etc and there are ample sunloungers and parasols and even a kettle
BBQ for cooking al-fresco. To the front is a driveway for off street
parking.
There are lots of other small
extras included to make life easier during your stay; these include
irons/ironing boards, a selection of cd’s and dvd’s and hair driers
in the main bedrooms. There is also a safe in the property for added
peace of mind.
