Villa Max & Villa Mae are
next door to each other and were completed in 2004, they both have 3
bedrooms, private pools, driveways and are fully
air-conditioned.
 Upstairs,
the main bedroom has an en-suite shower room and is furnished with a
king size bed and a portable TV. The other 2 bedrooms are twin rooms
and share the main house shower room. All bedrooms are air
conditioned, have built in wardrobes and dressing tables and have
patio doors leading to furnished balconies.
Downstairs there is
a WC, a
fully fitted kitchen with: electric cooker, ceramic hob, dishwasher,
washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave oven and even a George
Foreman grill and a Smoothie maker! The dining area is open plan has
seating for 6 people and overlooks the living area which is only
separated by a central feature pillar.
 The
living
room area has a 3 piece leather suite, coffee table, a
28ins TV, Dvd player, video recorder,
Hi-Fi
and a sky satellite system with free to air channels (reception can
vary dependant on time of year and weather conditions. Bring your
own sky card with you for more viewing choice). All the downstairs area is fully air-conditioned and has
patio doors leading to the pool.
 Outside,
the pools are approx 8m x 5m; there are a table and chairs in the
shaded area just outside the door for breakfast etc and another to
the side of the pool in the sun. There are ample sunloungers
and parasols and even a kettle BBQ for cooking al-fresco. To the
front is a driveway for off street parking and the gardens all round
are filled with well established plants to add a splash of colour
and fragrance to your experience.
There are lots of other
small extras included to make life easier during your stay, these
include irons/ironing boards, a selection of Cd’s and Dvd’s, hair
driers in the main bedrooms and villa Max even has a playstation 2
to keep the kids amused during the height of the sun!
There is also a safe in the property for added peace of mind. |
